How to install Coin98 Extension
Coin98 Extension has been added to Chrome. TomoChain users can easily connect to DApps via the Coin98 Extension.
Step 1: Find and select Coin98 Extension Wallet on Chrome Web Store.
Step 2: Click Add to Chrome.
Step 3: A pop-up notification displayed on the screen, please read it carefully. To approve, click Add extension.
Step 4: To use the extension, click the extension icon to the right of the address bar. This dropdown will show you Coin98 Extension Wallet is installed and enabled in Chrome.
How to create a new wallet on Coin98 Extension
To create a TomoChain Wallet on Coin98 Extension, kindly follow these steps:
Step 1: Click the Manage Wallet icon at the top left corner of the home screen → Click Add Wallet icon
Step 2: Choose the TomoChain icon → Click Create
Step 3: Name your wallet → Click Next
Step 4: Backup your Passphrase & Private Key correctly in the right order and in a safe place. Please note that the Passphrase & Private Key are crucial to have access to your wallet and assets.
Paste the copied Passphrase from the previous step into the confirmation box.
Read the caution carefully and tick to confirm your awareness of the risks if you lose keys. Click Create Wallet to complete.
The wallet doesn’t come with TOMO coins loaded for you. You need a safe, secure and trusted platform to buy TOMO for your newly created C98 wallet. All you need to do is head to the Insta Buy/Sell section on the app or website. Search for the TOMO coin and buy the required amount. You can head to the dashboard section to view the TOMO coins that you just bought.
Now, go to your C98 wallet, click the “receive” symbol and select “TOMO”. Copy the TOMO (ERC20) address carefully (cross-check once because once the transaction is done, there’s less chance of recovering funds).
Head to the dashboard section and search for TOMO. Click withdraw option and proceed to complete the withdrawal by pasting the TOMO (ERC20) address and entering how much you want to withdraw from the Giottus account. Once completed, you should have received TOMO coins in your C98 wallet.
