As a part of this integration, BEP-20 deposits (and withdrawals*) of the following assets are already enabled for all Giottus users — BAND, BAT, BNB, FLOKI, MANA, SHIB, SUSHI, UNI, USDC*, USDT* and XTZ

*Withdrawals for USDC and USDT will be enabled later.

Step-by-Step Guide

Here is how you can seamlessly manage your Binance Smart Chain (BSC) BEP-20 assets on Giottus using 3rd party or other exchange wallets.

Depositing BSC (BEP-20) Assets on Giottus:

1. Log in to your Giottus account using your credentials.
   Once logged in, navigate to the “Dashboard” section on the Giottus platform and search for your coin.
2. Select the BSC BEP-20 compatible asset you wish to deposit.

3. Click the “Deposit” button for the chosen asset. Giottus will provide you with a deposit address and a QR code.

Note: This address will work as your ERC-20 address as well as BEP-20.

1. Do not initiate BNB-20 network withdrawals to this address — your assets may not be recoverable.
2. If you’re using a 3rd party wallet like Trust Wallet or MetaMask, open the app on your mobile device.
3. From the 3rd party wallet dashboard, pick the BSC BEP-20 asset you want to deposit.

4. Tap the “Send” or “Transfer” option and enter the Giottus deposit address in the recipient field, specify the amount to deposit, double-check the details, and confirm the transaction on the BEP-20 network.

5. Allow a few minutes for the transaction to be confirmed on the Binance Smart Chain. Once confirmed, check your Giottus wallet balance to ensure the deposit reflects.

Withdrawing BSC BEP-20 Assets from Giottus:

1. Log in to your Giottus account using your credentials.
2. Navigate to the “Dashboard” section on the Giottus platform and select the BSC BEP-20 asset you wish to withdraw.

2. Enter the withdrawal address, specify the withdrawal amount, and double-check the details for accuracy.
3. Confirm the withdrawal request.
4. Giottus will process your withdrawal request, which may take some time.
5. Check your 3rd party wallet for the incoming transaction. Once confirmed, your BSC BEP-20 assets will be available in your wallet.

Always double-check wallet addresses to prevent sending assets to the wrong address. Allow for network confirmations when depositing and withdrawing, as transaction times may vary. Please note that we have enabled ONLY the BEP-20 network and not BNB-20.
